To ensure an optimal experience for our valued customers, we have instituted a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy. Each project is meticulously planned with work divided into distinct milestones.
Every project commences with a comprehensive discovery and analysis, followed by the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This step is crucial in ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of the work required, thus minimizing the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
Since time and effort are invested in achieving each milestone and completing every module, refunds cannot be provided for work that has already been accomplished.
In the event of a project being mutually terminated, the client gains ownership of all completed work, and any payments for further development become null and void. Previous payments or deposits will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the client gives their approval for mock-up designs and we transition into the development phase, no payments will be refunded.
We do not entertain partial refunds for projects that are in the midst of a milestone phase.
Services offered by our marketing team on special occasions are considered limited-time offers and, therefore, cannot be cancelled.
Please note that digital marketing packages are non-refundable; however, clients may cancel with a written notice provided 30 days in advance.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days.
